I'm so sorry my class had to put up with this

I'm not particularly looking forward to class tomorrow. My professor went on vacation a few days early and left us with a substitute that doesn't seem to have any idea what he's doing. Seriously! I was supposed to help him understand our syllabus, what books we were using and so on, and even the computer system a bit, because she was leaving so suddenly, and even that was like trying to explain nuclear energy to a cave man. And no, I will not apologize for saying that. He completely disregarded everything I said and spent 90 minutes reading something that barely had anything to do with our syllabus from a High School textbook, in a totally monotone voice that sounded like a perfect stereotype of the history teacher that just drones on and on without actually saying anything meaningful. What was he doing with a High School textbook?
Just two more days of this, but even that is seeming like an eternity.
