An infomercial gave me a headache. The obfuscatingly stupid logic in these things rarely does that but whatever. Basically it was a totally dull voice conveying that absolutely nobody in the whole entire world has time for such a boring, brain numbing thing like prepping and boiling potatoes in some water. I mean really, that time could be better spent just rambling on and on about it, hmmm? Or filming a commercial. Perhaps I'm letting it irritate me too much. I really love watching these idiotic things though. One such classic might be the "Yo-stick". It's basically...a stick on a string. Targeted at 10 year old boys and there were quite a few of them that fell for it. I can't even remember what the depressed potato man was selling, just that droning voice. Slightly coming to life for the delight of whatever it was he had to advertise.
It's making me dull just thinking about it.
